What we collect
Account details (email, display name), your vehicle's make, model, color and plate, the spots you list and claim, ratings, and quick signals sent during a handoff.
Location
We use your location to show nearby spots and to pin your spot. While you are on the way to a claimed spot, your live location is shared only with that host, and only until the handoff ends. It is never shown to anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Location is used only after you allow it on your phone. You can turn it off in your phone's settings at any time.
Who sees what
The other person in your handoff sees your display name, vehicle description and rating. The handoff PIN is visible only to the host. Your email is never shown to other users.
Phone alerts
If you turn on phone alerts, we store a device token so we can notify you about your handoffs. Turn alerts off in Settings to remove it.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Curbspace does not store your full card number.
Your choices
You can edit your profile and vehicle at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data. We keep handoff and payment records as long as needed for refunds, disputes and legal obligations.
We never sell your data
Curbspace does not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
